News: Mark Dalton Denied Parole for 2008

For Mark Dalton fans, patience is a virtue. Talent agent David Forest has announced that his star client has been denied a 2008 parole date by the Texas Department of Corrections Parole Board. This means the board will not review his case again until January 2009.

Dalton, the buff star of Mark Meets Zeb: The Texas Two-Step and Super Soaked, originally went to prison for an altercation in November 2004 and was paroled a year later. He remained on parole until May 2007, when he was arrested again for two misdemeanors (which was a breach of his parole terms) for an incident at his home in Denton, Texas, for which he pleaded guilty and served 90 days in jail. In September 2007, Dalton was returned to the Texas Department of Corrections Prison System, where he’s been awaiting word on a possible parole date. Now, that date has been denied for this year. Dalton is hoping for a 2009 parole date, but his maximum release date is May 22, 2011. For more information, visit www.forestmen.com.
