We’re deep in the forest this week…and the shit!? Cocktails in the Forest is back at Micky’s (8857 Santa Monica Blvd.) tonight in West Hollywood. And in case you heard whisperings of alleged shenanigans before last week’s event—which featured Channel 1 Releasing directing diva Chi Chi LaRue (who we hear had an absolute “blast” at some ill-fated awards show we won’t name) and pornsters Steven Daigle and Samuel Colt (all pictured below)—please know that talent agent David Forest has released a statement saying, “Sometimes, one finds himself at the wrong place at the wrong time. Last week’s incident falls under that heading. The matter has been dropped. No charges have been filed.” Hmmm, sounds mysterious. Oh well, who cares?! Seriously, kids, relax, it’s only gay porn!
This week, our good buddy Robert Van Damme joins our new buddy Jayden Ellis (both above) as host Scotty B. welcomes a dapper guest co-host (Forest in formalwear) to the stage. And it’s all in tribute to tomorrow night’s GAYVN Awards in San Francisco. Full disclosure: As a longtime GAYVN judge, Vince was invited by Ms. Forest to be on the panel, but our first-class ticket (bus ticket?!) to L.A. never materialized. Big sigh.
