Muscle stud Atlas and timeless twink Corrigan ended up stripping down for the crowd in the packed upstairs lounge, while Rocky gave out copies of his 2009 Jet Set Men film Hung Country for Young Men. News: Five (and We’re) Alive!

What do you give for a fifth anniversary!? Is it wood!? VincentLambert.com is still here, kids. Yup, we’re still blogging away as the industry burns around us. We kid! But it’s true—we’ve been typing about gay porn for five years now (on this site, though 16 years total!). The big biz goes up and down, and this year was no different. But first, a brief history of our history: We started year one with a bang (and the controversy surrounding our interview with Johnny Hanson about his decision to bareback); survived year two (this interview with Jordan Young from 1999 got picked up by The Insider when Lara Spencer was the host!); and year three (when we dined with both Simon Dexter and Jeremy Feist); then there was year four (we had the inside scoop on the Robert Van Damme arrest, including his first post-prison photos and interview, and Vince did guest spots on the Cock2Go Show and LA Talk Radio’s The Alternative to plug the site).

Now, in the past 12 months, we were back on the radio for The Barry Kirkey Show (one of our most fun interviews ever!); hung with our favorite talk show host for Gay Pride (how you doin’, lady!?); got exclusives with superstars Zeb Atlas and Jason Adonis (thanks, superagent David Forest!); saw (Randy Blue) stars at Splash; missed the hookers at HustlaBall NYC, but caught them at the International Escort Awards; and sadly reported the loss of this beloved porn star. Vince also branched out, becoming a (paid!) blogger for the fab GayDemon.com. You can read his full-frontal posts here.

And so it goes. Event: Zeb Atlas at Adonis Lounge in NYC

The King has hit the road! We recently wrote about Zeb Atlas and his new movie. Now the bodybuilding superstar will be making a rare promotional appearance in New York City. This Wednesday, October 26, Atlas will join Manifest Man Vin Marco and more than 20 other models and go-go gods to celebrate the second anniversary of Adonis Lounge. Numerous porn stars have appeared at the all-male strip show that takes place weekly at Evolve (221 East 58th Street), including Jason Adonis, Brenden Cage and Billy Heights. The festivities will begin at 7 pm, and an exclusive Manifest Men photo shoot (open to the public!) will happen live from 5 to 7 pm. Atlas, who is beginning his 10th year in the industry, will be schmoozing with the crowd, signing autographs and plugging his latest film, Zeb Atlas Is The Boyfriend. Seen: Ryan Idol at Forest Cocktails in L.A.

Look who returned to gay porn (or at least a gay porn–related event) while we took a brief hiatus. Yes, that’s Ryan Idol you see pictured above. The porn superstar, who hasn’t been spotted in a dog’s age (or since he appeared in The Ritz on Broadway a few seasons back), turned up last week for a night of the David Forest–produced month of Cocktails With the Stars at Micky’s in West Hollywood. From what we hear, Idol started the evening with a macho mustache, which was gone by the time he left the building. Also in attendance were Chi Chi LaRue (who directed Idol in some of his biggest hits from the ’90s); Trevor Knight; Dean Monroe; and DJ Dominic Pacifico. Forest claims this will probably be Ryan’s “last appearance in the adult arena.” But haven’t we heard that tune before!? (Like in this interview we did with Idol in 1997!) News: Superstar Ken Ryker to “Hang Out”

Anyone remember Ken Ryker? You know, big guy with a big dick? Hasn’t made a movie in years? Well, the Premiere Artists agency has just announced that Big Ken will be making his first-ever live appearances at Micky’s in West Hollywood next month as part of the Ryker Hangs Out tour. The porn superstar, now 39, is set to “hang out” with fans. He’ll sign autographs, pose for pictures and do a Q&A session with host Scotty B. But there will be “no stripping, no jacking off.” No way! (Hooker lovers, take note: Ken is also available for “private meetings.”)

Talent manager David Forest tells us that “response from gay clubs nationwide, in just the first few days, has been overwhelming.” And additional dates for Ken to hang out will be announced as they are confirmed. That’s good because GAYVN Hall of Famer Ryker will be kicking off a month of Forest-fueled events at Micky’s Cocktails With the Stars in May. Following Ryker’s appearance on May 5, muscle hunk Zeb Atlas is set for May 19 (to plug his new self-produced Zeb Atlas Is the Boyfriend film) and sexy Jason Crew is scheduled for May 26 (to celebrate his 10-year anniversary in the big biz). Web Watch: Zeb Atlas and Brady Jensen

We told you he had a few scenes in the can, and now here’s another! Muscle stud Zeb Atlas is back with a new duo for Jake Cruise’s CocksureMen site. This one finds him doing much more than in his last scene for the online studio. In this scenario, the hunk is getting pumped at the gym when he’s asked by salesman Brady Jensen to model for his company. It was the month that was. Talent manager David Forest wrapped up five weeks of his smashing September Cocktails in the Forest series at Micky’s last week with superstar Zeb Atlas (above with Adam Killian). Muscleman Atlas celebrated his 40th birthday at the show and announced that he is once again filming hard-core man-on-man sex, this time for his own production company. And yes, he tops recent GAYVN Award winner Killian in one scene! Speaking of winners, porn legend Sharon Kane was also on hand to talk about her GAYVN Trailblazer Award, which director Chi Chi LaRue presented to her at this year’s event. Veteran porn star Scott Sloan (below) also helped David meet and greet Weho porn fans. David Forest knows how to go out with a bang! Tonight is the big finale in the talent manager’s September series of Cocktails in the Forest at Micky’s in West Hollywood. Sure, we hear that last week’s show was pretty special as porn superstar Robert Van Damme (below) was joined by twink newcomer Jayden Ellis for some fun and games. And the night got even more entertaining as Twinklight star Ellis brought along two of his roomies and co-stars Krys Perez and Brice Carson. That’s a lot of twink action! Will Clark and his Bad Boys on the Hudson will be setting sail once again on Sunday, July 11. And we now know exactly which pornsters will be on board. Event: The Hookies Tonight in NYC

A weekend of gay old times kicks off tonight in New York with the Fourth-Annual 2010 International Escort Awards. “The Hookies,” as they are lovingly called by those in the know, take place tonight, Friday, March 19, at Club Rebel (251 W. 30th Street) and are hosted by Raven O. Porn star Mike Dreyden and cable queen Robin Byrd will be working the red carpet. Doors open at 9 pm and the show starts at 10 pm (that’s in hooker time). Fans get free admission before 11 pm.

But that’s just the start. On Saturday afternoon, the Saint at Large presents BPX: The Black Party Expo & Bazaar at Roseland Ballroom (239 W. 52nd Street) with various vendors, performers and porn stars, including Arpad Miklos, Rafael Alencar and Lucas Entertainment exclusive Avi Dar, offering up live music, a fashion show, a barber station and bootblack and much more. Drag star Acid Betty hosts. The Expo runs from noon to 7 pm and you get free admission with a ticket to the Black Party, which happens later that night at the same venue. They’re saying that this daylong event is “a trip behind the scenes at the world’s sexiest party.”

And “sexy” is an understatement, as those who have attended this long-running circuit institution will attest. The Black Party: Rites XXXI will feature its usual assortment of sexual antics along with DJs Hector Fonseca, Ana Paula and Paulo. It’s all about the music, right? (Oh, and the sex and the drugs!) Doors open at 10 pm, but most revelers show up sometime the next day, so plan accordingly.

But let’s circle back to the Hookies for a moment. We’ve learned that talent agent David Forest will be making his first trip to NYC in more than 30 years to attend the ceremony (where he is nominated for Best Agency for his Meet the XXX Stars program, which won in 2008). And while Ms. Forest is known for his stable of top talent, including Mark Dalton, Zeb Atlas and Leo Giamani, he always has room for one more stud. So tonight at the awards, look for him to be flanked by at least one of his many guys, Samuel Colt (below), who has the distinction of being Unzipped mag’s final cover model (more on that next week). Bear magazine has landed one of porn’s biggest names and gotten him to go natural for its latest issue. Yes, that’s superstar Zeb Atlas in all his manly glory on the cover of the recently revived hair lover’s publication. And to celebrate, Bear Omnimedia has announced that the quarterly magazine will now be available at Borders and Bookworld national chain stores. “Beginning with issue 69, Bear will join the two large chains for increased exposure and to further meet the needs of our bear customers,” a company rep says. Adds editor-in-chief Steven Wolfe, “Despite the economy and various naysayers, Bear’s growth has been unstoppable in an evolving industry. I’m also rather pleased that they’ve put us in the ‘men’s sophisticate’ category, alongside Playboy. It’s a great acknowledgment and entrance into the mainstream.” Bear magazine, which focuses on “the unapologetically hypermasculine gay male,” has been around for 22 years (including a six-year layoff) and was taken over by Bear Omnimedia a year ago. As L.A. readers know, it’s been a month of Forest Men at Micky’s in West Hollywood. Veteran talent manager David Forest has trotted out his best stars of the past and present for the revitalized Cocktails With the Stars event. The first week it was fan favorites Johnny Castle, Tony Capucci and Adam Campbell. Last week it was superstars Zeb Atlas (above) and Caesar (below) making the scene. Both were interviewed by host Scotty B, and Forest tells us that Atlas says he’s 38 but looks 28, which is always nice. “I’ve produced dozens of Cocktails shows over the past 13 years,” Forest says, “but this was one of the very best.” Atlas showed off his smooth chest, signed autographs and gave away copies of this hit movie. And our old buddy Caesar was no slouch either. “Caesar was fantastic,” Forest enthuses. “He was totally charming, witty and gorgeous. And he was ripped, tan, totally hot.” Also good. Caesar handed out freebies of this classic film.
