News: Jason Crew Signs With Raging Stallion

Raging Stallion Studios has announced the signing of porn star Jason Crew to an exclusive contract. Crew has recently rejuvenated his career after appearing in more than 70 films, including Raging Stallion’s Lords of the Jungle in early 2007. “We worked with Jason just once,” RSS president Chris Ward says, “on a long shoot in Hawaii. A few years have passed and Jason looks better than ever! He has a perfect face, a fit, tight (and now slightly hairy!) body and a legendary dick that knows what it wants! Now that Raging Stallion has merged with AEBN/NakedSword, the San Franciso–based studio will be increasing its production schedule, and according to Ward, Crew will figure into that in a big way. “Jason will be a huge part of our recommittment to having the biggest dicks in the business,” Ward says. “As we double the number of releases on the schedule from this year to next, guys like Jason are going to be a key part of our success.”

In an interesting bit of timing, Lucas Entertainment chose last week to announce the release of its own The Jason Crew Collection, a two-disc set with nine scenes from movies including Return to Fire Island, Brothers’ Reunion and Flip This! Crew appeared in several films for the New York–based studio last year and is nominated for two GAYVN Awards for his efforts. “I worked with Jason at a time when no other studio would give him the time of day,” says Lucas president and CEO Michael Lucas. “I’m proud that his accomplishments with us are being recognized by GAYVN.”

Short Takes: Steve Cruz, Man of Year…and More

Porn star Steve Cruz (above) has been chosen by NakedSword.com as its 2009 Man of the Year. Movie Review: Hazzard Zone

Handsome Johnny Hazzard returns from a brief layoff to prowl for sex in Hazzard Zone. Filmed on location at Los Angeles’ famed Zone sex club, the movie features the Rascal exclusive in two excellent scenes. First, hot Josh West and hotter Vin Costes go bump in the night as they wander the halls of the club. Soon their mating dance is consummated and Hazzard happily joins in. This scene is beautifully lit, with a gorgeous play of shadow and light as the trio do their thing. Hazzard performs major oral on both guys; in turn, they blow him and eat his perfect ass. In the end, Hazzard takes both in his end (not at the same time!) to great effect—and delivers a copious money shot. This fantastic (and long) scene is the centerpiece of the film and walks a perfect line between fine art and steamy sex. Bravo!

Hazzard is also paired with beefy Vinnie D’Angelo for another intense session that takes place on a staircase. The tattooed young Hazzard seems tentative at first as he and the manly D’Angelo make out, but slowly he turns up the heat for another great matchup. The duo trades oral and spit on each other before Johnny bends over to welcome Vinnie into his butt. News: MTV Casts Gay-for-Pay True Life Episode

VincentLambert.com was contacted last week by a producer from MTV’s True Life series. Guess she didn’t read our review of that craptastic episode they did with Jet Set Men exclusive Aaron James last year. It seems that the network is exploring the idea of doing a gay-for-pay episode of the reality series, which will feature “young heterosexuals who pretend to be gay for a living.” Gee, we wonder where they got that lame idea! Anyway, here’s the casting call:

We are interested in hearing from people with all kinds of stories, from a young person working in gay porn to make a living, to a college student in a same-sex escort service to earn extra cash, or even a straight bartender working for tips in a gay club. Can you help us put out our call for stories? We would like to get the word out to people in our age range (16-28, roughly, though anyone who appears younger than 28 is welcome to submit their story) who might be interested in possibly sharing their story and ultimately participating in a documentary project that would follow as they navigate whatever conflict, tension, obstacle, or decision they are facing because of or related to their unconventional line of work.
