News: Mark Dalton Releases Statement to Fans
Talent agent David Forest has announced that star client Mark Dalton was transported late last week by the Texas Department of Corrections from the Denton County Jail, where he had been since June 12, to the Gurney Unit in Tennessee Colony, Texas. The parole board will now determine how long Dalton will have to serve for his “parole violation.” Forest reports that it could take the board as long as 60 days to review Dalton’s case and decide when he’s going to be able to go back on parole. In the meantime, Dalton has issued the following statement for his friends and fans:
“Thanks to everyone who supports me. Trust me; if you knew the ‘truth’—you wouldn’t believe it. I just seem to get myself into situations that some people use to hurt me. I give people the benefit of the doubt. And it bites me on my ass.
Thanks for sticking with me—it means a lot to me. Hopefully, I’ll be out by Christmas and back on the road early next year.”
Dalton currently stars in Mark Meets Zeb: The Texas Two-Step with Zeb Atlas.
